Senior project manager: Five to eight years of experience in managing purchasing and/or quality management projects. Of French origin able to speak French, English and Mandarin.

Junior project manager: One to three years of experience in managing purchasing and/or quality management projects. Of Chinese origin, able to speak English and Mandarin, with French a plus.

Trainee: From a purchasing or technical background, high-school qualifications plus 4/5 years of further education, of French or Chinese origin, able to speak French and English with basic knowledge of Mandarin, or English and Mandarin with basic knowledge of French.
