Established in 1999, VVR International is a French-Chinese service company, specialized in managing purchasing projects in China. Our team is composed of nine members in France and 59 members in China, assisted by a network of around twenty engineer partners.
We provide you with a VVR International operational team composed of purchasers, engineers and quality control specialists, to assist you in managing your purchasing and subcontracting projects in China.
Over the past nine years, we have completed more than 300 purchasing and industrial subcontracting projects and have audited more than 800 Chinese companies. In 2006, we managed more than 50 million Euros of business between
Europe and China.
China purchasing platform : We outsource your purchasing office to China. We offer you part of our purchasing platform for your sourcing, audit, product development, quality control and logistical management operations.
Organizational advice : We reorganize your China purchasing process. We audit your purchasing department and identify its weaknesses, then assist you in reorganizing your methods and training your teams.
Acquisition : We accompany you in all phases of acquiring a Chinese company. We assist you in researching and producing a detailed description of the target companies, in carrying out an operational evaluation, then throughout the negotiation stages up to the point of finalising the acquisition.
